WHAT IS SOUND THERAPY?

Sound Therapy can also be known as a Sound Bath or Sound Session. Sound energy and music have been around for centuries and continue to impact us our wellbeing in positive ways. There are an array of instruments used in Sound therapy which give off their own frequencies that have a profound impact on the listener receiving it.

WHAT DO I DO IN A SOUND THERAPY SESSION?

Fully clothed the recipient will lay or sit in a comfortable position on a mat with a pillow and blanket for added comfort if preferred. Once settled I invite you to close your eyes and be open to the sounds you will hear allowing them to cascade through your body, connect to yourself, being in the present moment and feeling an immense sense of relaxation as well as healing energy.

WHAT WILL I HEAR IN A SOUND SESSION?

In my sessions I include the sounds and frequencies of crystal chakra singing bowls, koshi chimes, a few variations of drums, tuning forks, bells, singing and more. Sound sessions are always different as I play intuitively to the energy I feel from the client/s in the session.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO A SOUND SESSION?

For private individual sound sessions just bring yourself and wear comfy clothing. For private group bookings or public Sound Bath events I host I ask you to bring a mat, blanket, pillow as well as an eye covering if you so choose. Also bring yourself some water and an additional pillow for under your legs if needed

  • PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSION

    Experience a sound session with an array of sound frequencies meant for your highest good. Private sound sessions can be at my place of business, at your home or a place we agree upon.

    (For sessions in a private home or elswhere additional charges may incur and details to be discussed prior.)

    1 hour - $88.00

    90 minutes - $111.00

    Sound & Reiki 90 minute - $133.00

    Sound & Reiki 2 hour - $222.00

  • SOUND BATH EVENTS

    Sound bath events can range from $44.00 to $75.00 per person depending on the venue they are hosted at.

  • DRUMMING ENERGY SESSIONS

    Feel the power of the beat of the drum and ethereal singing. Allow it to cleanse and clear your energy as well as “drum up” new vibrant energy within you!

    Event pricing can range from $35.00 to $75.00 per person depending on the venue they are hosted at.

  • PRIVATE GROUP SESSION

    Private group sessions are always a treat because you invite who you want and where you want the session. They can be hosted in your home, your yard, or a facility/place we agree on, or at my sound loft. The possibilities are endless, contact me to discuss.

  • VIRTUAL SOUND HEALING SESSIONS

    Maybe you don’t live in my area, or maybe you want to experience in the comfort of your own home. I can do virtual live sessions.

    Pricing is $40.00 per person for each attendee on the virtual live session. Contact me for more details.
