October 5th Sound Healing Session
Relax, Unwind and Immerse yourself in the healing sounds and frequencies from an array of healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, various types of drums, singing, koshi chimes, crystal pyramid, tuning forks and more. In this session you will be guided through an experience meant only for your greatest good. I will begin the session with teaching you a nurturing body movement, inhaling and exhaling capturing the present moment where you'll set your intention for the session. Then you will lay down with a blanket, pillow and eye covering if you so choose. You will be invited to close your eyes and listen to the amazing sounds as they permeate through your mind, body, heart and soul unlocking the healing, self love and nurturing within. The sounds will play for about an hour and I will softly awaken you where you will then come to a sitting posture. Your session will then end with a unique, guided grounding experience to further help you to connect and align yourself.
What you will need to bring:
- mat or blanket to lay on
- water to hydrate before and after the session
- blanket to cover up with (optional)
- pillow to lay on or put under your knees for back support (optional)
- eye covering to put over your eyes and stop them from fluttering if you have troubles fully closing and relaxing them (optional)
The cost is $44.00 per person with payment required at least 3 days prior to the event.
(Cancellation policy - full refund with 48hrs or more notice, 50% refund with 24 hr notice, no refund if less than 24 hr notice)
