WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a type of energy healing. It is universal life force energy to which we can all connect to and utilize for our highest good. Reiki energy always comes from a good place meant to serve you in the best possible way. Since everything is energy this energy practice is a direct connection to the source energy through the Reiki Master’s hands who then opens and connect the recipient to receive the energy they need and where they need it. In addition to recipient of the Reiki session always holds their own power in allowing what they want to receive from the session. Reiki is never forceful but rather it is gentle, nurturing and loving energy of the highest frequency.

WHAT DOES REIKI DO?

Reiki can aid in overall health and helps with healing, relaxation, balancing the body energy, stress relief, anxiety relief as well as removing and releasing energy blocks thus allowing energy to naturally flow with ease. There are so many benefits to Reiki and each recipient receives and experiences something different, since we are all unique beings. Reiki energy flows where it needs to go and does what it needs to do intuitively.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A REIKI SESSION?

A Reiki Energy Healing Session can be in person or it can also be received with a distance session as well. When receiving Reiki you can expect to lay in a comfortable position, fully clothed on a massage table or on the ground or floor. A pillow and blanket are used for comfort and warmth which assist in the client’s relaxation and openness to the session. Light music plays in the background as I use my hands and place them in various positions on or above the body travelling from head to toe. Gentle touch is used or if the client prefers hovering above is also an option and does not affect the session in any way. In my sessions I intuitively move where I feel drawn to in your session allowing the energy to flow where it needs to for your greatest good. I will sometimes use a variety of things such as crystals, tuning forks, crystal chakra singing bowls, koshi chimes and other sound healing instruments in my Reiki sessions should the client consent to the use of these tools.

As a Reiki Master I am a conduit, the connector for the flow of healing and good energy to the recipient of the session which supports their natural healing, relaxation, and life balance.
